You may opt for replacement or return of the products within the return period of 7 calendar days. . Before you return any product, customer has to call us or email us to get Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA) and have to write RMA number in the original invoice. Any returns without RMA will not be accepted by phoneandbeyond.com.
It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping and insurance charges. Customer is responsible for all the returns until it reaches us. Restocking Fee of 15% will be applied for the products returned. Defective product will be exchanged by the same product. If the same product not available we have the rights to swap with equivalent product.
All products must be returned in its original package with all supplied accessories, all documents and booklets. Send original invoice with RMA number.
If the product becomes defective after 7 days the customer has to contact manufacturer directly. In any case shipping charges are not refundable. For refunds on returns, the latest prices will apply.
